● Annual Subscription (Recommended)
The annual subscription is billed as a single payment covering a full year of service, offering a 20% savings compared to the monthly plan. It guarantees continuous access to all features for 12 months without interruption. Please note: Annual plans will not automatically renew once they expire.
● Monthly Subscription
Following your initial payment, your monthly subscription renews automatically each month. If renewal fails due to reasons attributable to you (e.g., insufficient funds), your account will be downgraded to the free tier in the next billing cycle.
3 Cancellation Policy
- Annual Plan: No action needed—your subscription will expire without auto-renewal.
- Monthly Plan: You may cancel at any time through the My Subscriptions page in your account settings. No extra fees will apply. Your plan remains active until the current billing period ends, after which your account will revert to the free version. All data stored within PhotoGPT will be preserved.
4 Refund Policy
We highly recommend reviewing the Terms and Conditions before making a payment and familiarizing yourself with all product features to minimize the need for refunds.

Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are eligible only within 24 hours of the initial purchase, provided that no credits from the plan have been consumed.
- Refunds are not available for: requests submitted after 24 hours, non-initial purchases (such as renewals or repeat orders), monthly plans within 24 hours of auto-renewal (cancellation is available instead), promotional or discounted transactions, and missed cancellations due to personal oversight.
- The refund amount is calculated as: Amount Paid − Value of Credits Used, where credit value is based on the pricing of your purchased plan.
- All refund requests must include a valid reason and be submitted via email to [email protected].
