The Credit system accounts for both feature usage and the computational resources needed for AI processing—different features consume different amounts based on their complexity.

Content Safety and Credit Usage
To maintain a safe platform, all generated content undergoes automated safety checks. If a result cannot be displayed due to content safety restrictions, the Credits used for that generation will still be consumed.
4. What are the different types of credits?

5. How to Purchase Credit?
We offer Credit packages in various sizes, so you can choose the one that fits your needs best. Larger packages offer better value—buying more Credits at once lowers the cost per Credit.
Credit packages are one-time purchases. Once bought, Credits are instantly added to your account and never expire.
You can purchase multiple packages, and your Credits stack—giving you flexibility to scale up as needed.
6. Can Unused Credit be Refunded?
Please carefully review these terms before making any payment.
We recommend understanding our features and how they work before purchasing. This helps avoid situations where you might need a refund later.

If you disagree with any part of this policy, please reach out with your feedback or suggestions. We truly value your input.
For questions or requests, please allow up to 48 hours for our team to respond.
As a SaaS provider, all PhotoGPT products and services are digital, intangible, and non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds will only be considered in these limited cases:
- Errors resulting from system failures.
- Requests made within 24 hours of the initial payment. Please note: refunds are not available for payments related to promotional activities.

- "Initial payment" refers to the first purchase transaction only. It does not include subscription renewals, plan upgrades, or repeat purchases.

- Refunds are not guaranteed for non-use or general dissatisfaction.
- Purchases made at promotional or discounted rates are final and non-refundable.
- Refunds for unused credits will be calculated based on the original purchase price of the credit package.
